Iam writing to you in these extraordinary times to reassure you that the Society remains focused on delivering the Women in Engineering (WIE) strategy. We are working hard to continue supporting our members, finding innovative ways to adapt to their changing needs at this time. We know that many of you will be experiencing challenges you didn't anticipate in your careers. As a result, I would like to reassure you that the Society is continuing to collaborate with its staff via virtual platforms, bringing them together to provide as much support as possible to their members. The Society is proud of all of its members and the resilience they have shown in joining the nation to defeat Covid-19. In particular, our members who are working tirelessly to support the NHS and the government in this crisis and those who continue to keep the world operating.
