IoTA as the name implies, is an international Institute that promotes all issues associated with the four modes of transport i.e. Land, Rail, Air and Sea. We, in Nigeria, joined the Institute to expand our skills, benchmark policies and contribute our ideas and experience for the advancement of our transport sector both locally and internationally. We write articles for developmental purposes, for the technological transformation of our transport policies and much more. We have a good number of members that can bring about change for better in the sector ii we put our heads together and work in unison. The purpose of road accident countermeasure is to adopt measures to avoid accidents on our roads. To achieve the objectives of effective and efficient road accident countermeasure, four factors are essential.
