Nastt has released the second edition of its highly anticipated Pipe Bursting Good Practices Guidelines Manual with the intent to educate owners and their agents of the benefits of this proven, alternative technology. Prepared by industry experts, the Guidelines Manual was first published in 2005 and has served as the basis for NASTT Pipe Bursting Good Practices courses. It has been expanded to reflect the current state of the industry, including a new section on design calculations and a newly revamped troubleshooting section covering remediation and preventative measures. Other topics include pipe bursting techniques, design considerations and elements of construction.
