Joseph Lane has joined Geospatial Holdings as executive vice president of operations and municipal/utility sector. Lane will be responsible for all sales and operations for Geospatial's municipal and utility group throughout the United States and Canada. Lane was formerly the general manager for the western region of Insituform Technologies Inc. He is based in Geospatial's new Sedalia, Colo., office.
