Nuca's ongoing fight to increase federal funding for America's water and wastewater infrastructure is really gaining momentum, thanks in large part to the efforts of the chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure (T&T) Committee, Rep. Jim Oberstar (D-Minn.). In less than three months, he has managed to drive through the legislative process multiple bills that would begin to address the enormous needs facing our environmental infrastructure.
