Tube Tech Machinery has developed an automatic tube straightening machine, designed in conjunction with the customer - Dalmine, which can be seen at Fabtech. The new equipment can handle tube of differing diameters at speeds of up to 210m/min; by virtue of an automatic set-up feature which adjusts the operating parameters to fit changing workpiece dimensions. All rolls are equipped with vertical and angular independent adjustment and the first pair are equipped with a fast short-stroke system.
