摘要

An electrochemical system exhibiting the Rayleigh-Benard type instability under conditions of both polarized electrodes is considered. The time of relaxation to the stationary state under potentiostatic and galvanostatic conditions in absence of convection is calculated. Critical Rayleigh numbers under both modes operation are received. The qualitative explanation of lower stability under amperostatic control as compared with potentiostatic one is proposed.
