摘要

The results of own investigations of catalytic properties of different carbon materials (CM) modified with cations of metals, oxides, solts and other additions in protolytic reactions esterification, reesterification, hydrolysis of ether, fats and carbohydrates were summarized. It was shown that catalytic activity (CA) metalcontaining CM depends on nature, amount of replaced metal, forms of it's binding with carbon surface, etc. it was founded that ion exchange modified samples for different processes, metals, CM possessed the most CA (CA linearly increases with increasing of degree of substitution of protons by cations).
