A method for the rapid determination of lead, copper and cadmium using the ultrasonic intensification of sample preparation is proposed. The detection limit for lead is 0.002, for copper 0.014 and for cadmium 0.005mg/kg. The use of ultrasonic intensification reduces the acid extraction time from 180 to 4min.
