The Underground Construction Technology Association (UCTA) has formed a new chapter covering the region from Austin through San Antonio and down to Laredo, TX. The UCTA, a non-profit organization, was founded in 1992 to promote education, training, research, development and information concerning traditional, trenchless and rehabilitation technologies, and to promote the use of these technologies. The UCTA serves municipalities, contractors, engineers and manufacturers interested in learning more about the importance of best practices in the underground industry.
