Another record registration of 297 attendees marked the American Pipeline Contractors Association's 44th Annual Convention at Boca Raton Resort in Boca Raton, FL. Speakers at the event included Greg Guidry, Ogletree Deakins law firm, who spoke to members on overtime wage issues. Officers elected for 2015 are: Sean Renfro, president, Sunland Construction Inc.; Bill Schettine, vice president, Meridien Energy; Michael Castle, Jr., second vice president, Progressive Pipeline; and Bruce Gilliland, secretary/treasurer. J.D. Lormand remains as executive director at the association's office in Lafayette, LA.
