From its humble beginnings as a monthly newsletter for pipeline construction to the primary news and information source for all sectors of the underground infrastructure market, for 75 years Underground Construction magazine has been a consistent and constant force covering and supporting the industry. As Underground Construction celebrates its landmark 75th anniversary, we look back through the years with wonder and awe at the technological advances and the incredible infrastructure that was created. The industry's diverse and amazing growth seemingly remains in perpetuity. In the pages of our January 2021 issue, we initiated a monthly series that highlighted various benchmarks of the last 75 years. Starting with the 1940s, our coverage traversed through a 75-year journey and subsequently, the history of infrastructure markets, via monthly timelines and historical summaries. We wrap up the sojourn in our July issue by highlighting the past 21 years of our unique and comprehensive market coverage.
