ASV has been given a contract with the British government under the Small Business Research Initiative to develop long-endurance marine unmanned surface vehicles. ASV has been specializing in underwater endurance vehicles for the past 15 years. With the recent completion of phase one of the contract, ASV will be moving on to phase two where the company will be manufacturing working prototypes for their proposed C-Enduro 4, an autonomous vehicle that will be able to gather data from the ocean over a period of months.
