METIS Aerospace previewed the company's new communications and signals intelligence solution, Hyperion, at the conference. The system leverages the electromagnetic spectrum to provide signal capture and geoloca-tion information between unmanned aircraft and ground stations. The prototype networkable system is unique because of its low bandwidth requirements, according to Tony Burnell, director of the Lincoln, U.K., company.
