Col. Timothy Baxter has taken over as unmanned aircraft systems project manager at the U.S. Army's PM UAS at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Ala. Baxter comes to the project office from the U.S. Special Operations Command as the program manager for counterproliferation and assumes responsibility from Col. Gregory Gonzalez, who is the new military deputy to the director of acquisition resources and analysis office within the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics. The change of charter ceremony was held 11 July.
