Robotics education will remain a fixture in Pathfinder Chapter area classrooms for another year thanks to grants from the chapter.rnSchools from North Alabama and Lincoln County, Tenn., received more than $35,000 in Pathfinder grants to buy robot kits, computers and other items to support robotics education.rnThe grants also help schools pay for the annual Technology Fair at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville.rnIn addition to 29 schools, the Pathfinder Chapter also helped two robotics competitions: Alabama First Lego League Championship and a competition by the Alabama Council for Technology in Education.
