Smailer can be better when it comes to unmanned aircraft for reconnaissance and surveillance, according to Norway's Prox Dynamics.rnThe relatively new company is developing the PD-100 Black Hornet micro air vehicle, which it dubs "your personal UAS." The Black Hornet is tiny, about the size of a hummingbird-three air vehicles and the ground control station can fit in a carrying case the size of a small laptop bag.
