After more than 20 years of research, development, testing and evaluation, physical security robots are rolling off production lines, bound for assignments such as patrolling warehouses, borders, sports venues, storage depots, ports, airports and military bases.rnSecurity robots tend to be larger than military tactical robots like iRobot's PackBot and Foster-Miller's Talon, in part because physical security missions may require larger and more sophisticated sensor suites designed to detect and assess intruders and anomalies in the secured area.
