Profiles of eight men who have been or are presidents or CEOs of technology companies are presented. They range in age from 40 to 50 years, and they have been involved for over two decades in the business of technology. They invest in other technology companies. 2001 was a pretty tough year for most of them. They are asked how they are coping with their careers in the technology industry, and how they are looking at the midpoint of their lives. The eight profiled are: 1. Manny Menendez, 2. Randy Adams, 3. Robert Simon, 4. Royal Farros, 5. Russell McCann, 6. Mike Boich, 7. Adriaan Ligtenberg, and 8. Greg Galanos.
