MALAYSIA-BASED operator Hibiscus Petroleum is closing in on finalising a preliminary agreement to charter one of Norwegian contractor Teekay Offshore Partners' floating production, storage and offloading vessels for a development in the UK central North Sea. A presentation by Mike Stokeld, general manager of subsidiary Anasuria Hibiscus, at the Scotland Supply Chain Conference in Glasgow last week revealed more plans to use the Voyageur Spirit FPSO on the Marigold project.
