With October being National Disability Employment Awareness Month, the personal-finance website WalletHub has released its report on the "Best & Worst Cities for People with Disabilities." In order to ease the process of finding the best place to live while managing a disability, WalletHub compared more than 180 U.S. cities across 31 key indicators. The data set ranges from wheelchair-accessible facilities per capita to rate of workers with disabilities to the quality of the public hospital system. The 10 best cities, starting at No. 1, are Overland Park, Kan.; South Burlington, Vt.; Sioux Falls, S.D.; Scottsdale, Ariz.; Columbia, Md.; San Francisco, Calif.; Rapid City, S.D.; St. Louis, Mo.; Bismarck, N.D.; and Grand Rapids, Mich.
