Russian Helicopters is a full-cycle company that encompasses all technological aspects of rotorcraft in Russia.rnMil MVZ JSC (Moscow) is a research and production complex, the designer of the "Mi" brand of helicopter, and a world leader in helicopter design. Mil makes all types and classes of helicopters: light, medium and heavy (including the largest helicopters in the world); narrowly specialized and multi-role; land based and ship-borne; etc. More than a dozen helicopter models were designed and produced at the plant over the course of sixty years, each of which was produced in several versions (a total of over 200 designs). Mil helicopters comprise about 93% of the civil fleet of Russia and about 11% of the world's currently flying helicopters, as well as about 17% of the world's active military helicopter fleets.
