NSC1101-SI is a 640 × 512-pixel wide-dynamic-range (WDR) indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) image sensor with a 15-um pixel size. The sensor provides a dynamic range of more than 120 dB in a single frame time. It uses the NIT readout circuit NSC1101, which is designed to interface with any photodiode array through flip-chip bonding. A logarithmic response is achieved with a patented solar-cell pixel structure.
