摘要

This work is concerned on the research of mass irregularity changes of fibrous product in the OE rotor spinning system. In the first part, OE- rotor spinning system is analysed as dynamic system. This analysis shows the new possibility in determination of modulus of transfer function of total OE-rotor spinning system and fibre separating system. Second part is concentrated on the probability model of fibre flow in the air feed channel of OE-rotor spinning system. The aim of analysis is determination probability of one dimensional separating of fibres in the air transport channel. It is possible to determine the optimal length of transport channel for the specific range of partial draft in the spinning system (the fibre separating system) in dependence on mean fineness of input sliver, mean fineness of fibers and mean length of fibers. The part of this article includes graphs of dependence of probability one-dimensional separation on the air channel length.
