I live in Fort Lauderdale, and frequently fly my Maule amphib to the Bahamas ("It's Island Time" January/February 2019 issue, page 26). In my experience, the most effective and easiest solution to reduce salt water corrosion is a fresh water landing immediately afterwards and before putting the plane away. West Marine sells a battery-powered wash-down pump that is fairly light.
