Every pilot strives for safe, accident-free flying. To accomplish that over 50 years of flying is something worthy of recognition. That's just what the FAA does with its Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award (https://www.faasafety.gov/content/mast-erpilot/). The award recognizes "individuals who have exhibited professionalism, skill, and aviation expertise for at least 50 years while piloting aircraft." Seaplane pilot Mike Stock received that recognition last February at an FAA seminar at North Vernon Airport, Indiana.
