SPA attended the Northwest Aviation Trade Show and Conference in Puyallup, Washington, last February. SPA conducted multiple safety seminar workshops at the NW Aviation Show. While in Seattle, SPA staff including Steve McCaughey and Christie Kenyon visited Seattle Seaplanes, Kenmore Air Harbor, and Rainer Seaplanes. They also attended the Washington Seaplane Pilots Association's annual Grounded Hogs dinner at the Seattle Museum of Flight with SPA Field Directors Karen Stemwell and Austin Watson and SPA Board Members Bruce Hinds and John Gowey. This year the Grounded Hogs Dinner smashed all previous records for attendance.
