SPA Executive Director Steve McCaughey and newly named Georgia Field Director Troy Wheeler recently visited the Mobile District office of the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers to discuss the district's view of seaplane operations on the waters they control, and to begin discussions on the potential for opening up Georgia's Lake Lanier to seaplane operations.
