David Quam, who worked as a videotape editor in television, has produced a DVD of the action at the Seaplane Base during the 2008 EAA AirVenture.rnQuam, founder of the Seaplane Pilots Association, recorded 1 hour 13 minutes of activity at the seaplane base and at two major seaplane events at AirVenture-the SPA Corn Roast and the Watermelon Social.rnTo see an eight-minute clip from the DVD, go to www.paulbunyan.net/usspa/rneaa.htm. The DVD, which is priced at $25, can be ordered from the website. Quam sent complementary copies of the DVD to the volunteers who worked at the seaplane base during AirVenture week. He has also produced DVDs of the International Seaplane Fly-In in Greenville, Maine, and the original FAA film on seaplane safety.
