I don't often have the opportunity to speak to our entire membership, but I wanted to take this occasion to provide a mid-year snapshot from the SPA Board of Directors. As you have learned, the SPA Foundation is making remarkable progress building its board infrastructure and treasury. The Foundation is becoming a powerful ally of SPA for the entire seaplane community.
