摘要

The approximate head count of all the WSAA members that provide water and sewerage services is 19,500 full-time equivalents. Data was received from companies to a total of 11,300 employees, i.e. over 50% of all WSAA Members and qualifying Associates employees. The data captured gives us a current state of play and the likely future needs of WSAA members given two scenarios. Scenario 1 is a predicted change scenario and reflects business and workforce implications that have been identified in each member's strategic business planning. Scenario 2 is an unplanned change scenario where a number of extra variables are introduced. These relate to climate change, water pricing, the regulatory framework etc.
