4Delivery (4D), comprising Costain, Veolia and MWH, is one of the oldest joint ventures serving the water sector. But having worked for Southern Water for more than ten years, the organisation is now working on its final project - the £63M Woolston WwTW Redevelopment Scheme. The joint venture has worked with Southern Water since the beginning of AMP4 (2005-10), and has delivered more than £1bn of environmental improvements in the past ten years, including a £240M scheme to build the new Peacehaven wastewater treatment works and associated infrastructure to serve the Brighton and Hove catchment.
