When you build a new system, even when you customize it with drivers and updates, you'll spend a great deal of time installing applications afterward. If you streamline the Windows XP install to also include applications, you can greatly reduce the time it takes to get the system up and running. To help you incorporate applications into the Windows XP installation, we'll: 1. Prepare the application for an automated install. 2. Create a batch file that installs the applications without your intervention. 3. Configure the XP install to run the batch file during installation.
