The Windows operating system is a moving target, and just keep- ing up with it can take up a lot of your time; keeping all of your administrative scripts and utilities up to date can, in fact, be a losing battle. With Microsoft's new powerful and flexible scripting technology for administering and managing Windows systems, code-named Monad (and still in Beta), you can streamline your scripts for free. To help alleviate your scripting and utilities frustrations, we'll: 1. Explain what Monad is, what you need to run it, and where you can get it. 2. Introduce you to Monad's key concepts and capabilities. 3. Walk you through some preliminary demonstrations of what you can do with Monad.
