Inspection routines should not only be specified to the optimum, but it should also be possible to run them with adequate speed. This requires efficient systems which have to meet high standards especially in machine tool applications, since measuring is integrated into the production process.%Die Meßtechnik tendiert nicht nur zu höheren Genauigkeiten. Das erfordert leistungsfähige Systeme, die besonders im Bereich der Werkzeugmaschinen hohe Anforderungen erfüllen müssen, da der Meßvorgang in den Produktionsprozeß integriert ist.
