Russia's special appellate court on intellectual property rights questions issued guidance Oct. 18 outlining protections that trial courts may impose to protect the rights of parties during legal disputes over internet domain names. In Ruling No. SP-23/3, Presidium of the IPR Court approved guidelines on procedures to impose interim and precautionary measures in connection with domain name related disputes.
