摘要

Eleven black currant cultivars were evaluated for the major properties in the agroecological conditions of Cacak over a five-year (1983-1988) period. The experimental planting was set up in 1981 in the locality "Ljubic" of the Fruit and Grape Research Centre in Cacak, The following cultivars were included in the trial: Amos Black, Baldwin, Ben Lomond, Ben More, Ben Nevis, Black Reward, Daniel's September, Mailing Jet, Cotswold Cross, Mendip Cross and Wellington XXX. Studies were conducted on the phenology of flowering and ripening, strig mass, thrash mass, number of berries per strig, berry mass and dimensions, berry firmness, cropping, soluble solids, sugar and total acids contents and pH value of fruits. The greatest strig mass was recorded in the cultivars Ben Nevis, Ben Lomond and Black Reward (7.08 g; 6.91 g and 6.45 g. respectivaly). The highest number of berries/strig was recorded in the cultivars Mailing Jet (9.42). Cotswold Cross (8.06) and Mendip Cross (8.78). The largest berry firmness was also recorded in Ben Nevis (1.28 g) and Ben Lomond (1.12 g). The greatest berry firmness was also recorded in Ben Nevis (1.18 kg/cm~2). The best cropping was recorded in Ben Nevis (14,560 kg/ha), followed by Ben Lomond (11,504 kg/ha) and Black Reward (10,504 kg/ha). The highest soluble solids (15.7%) and sugar (4.65% glucose + fructose) contents were found in Mendip Cross, whereas the highest total acids content was recorded in Ben Nevis (3.57%).%Tokom petogodišnjeg perioda (1983/88) ispitivane su neke važnije karakteristike 11 sorti crne ribizle u agroekološkim uslovima Čačka. Ogledni zasad je podignut 1981. godine na objektu „Ljubić", Centra za voćarstvo u Čačku. Ispitivane su sledeće sorte: Amos Black, Baldwin, Ben Lomond, Ben More, Ben Nevis, Black Reward, Costwold Cross, Daniel''s September, Mailing Jet, Mendip Cross i Wellington XXX. Ispitivana je fenologija cvetanja i zrenja plodova, masa grozda, masa šepurine, broj bobica u grozdu, masa i dimenzije bobice, čvrstina bobice, rodnost, zatim sadržaj rastvorljivih materija, šećera, ukupnih kiselina i pH - vrednost plodova.
