As the internet medium is rapidly expanding, more and more medical information is being disseminated by way of the net. The advantages to the utilization of the internet include the rapidity of the process from submission of the article (often by electronic mail) to the publication of the manuscript. This allows information which is current to clinical practice to be widely available for readership.
