Design organizations are always trying to bring changes into their present cultural practices by adopting various means.It is discussed that the design for the six sigma (DFSS) concept is effectively followed by various design teams to bring changes.In order to know the views of various six sigma professionals about the impact of DFSS on the design organizations' culture change,a survey is organized.The 15 lessons learned by these professionals from the DFSS implementations are presented.(3 refs.)
