The purpose of the study is to identify the dimensions of quality for a private Cypriot university as identified by its stakeholders, the students and the teaching staff and also their perceptions about tools for higher education quality. Data was collected from 680 students and 113 teaching staff. The data was analyzed using a software package. (42 refs.)
