It has been my pleasure and honor to serve as your President for these past two years. In the process I have worked with many fine and dedicated people to further the goals of the American Camellia Society. I have also met many new people who all loveour beautiful flower, the camellia. In these years we have had two outstanding conventions in Florida, one in Pensacola and the other in Tallahassee. Both were memorable events, and I encourage everyone to attend a convention in the future. We have alsocompleted the new entrance to the Fetterman Building and are in the process of remodeling (he gift shop. These projects will facilitate the flow of guests through the gift shop into the gardens, promoting both areas. Another completed project was the update of the website to be much more user and mobile friendly.
