摘要

A calibrated piston source of light, which simulates a cylindrical-volume luminosity source, has been used to measure the absolute concentration of O_2(a~1Δ). It is proved that this piston source method is one of the simplest and most convenient ways to measure the O_2(a~1Δ) concentration in a singlet oxygen generator, especially in real time measurements. Discussions about the method and the results are also given.
