Board-room growth appears to be finding more favour these days than drill-bit growth, at least among companies listed on the senior North American exchanges. That's less the case on the TSX Venture Exchange, where juniors generating excitement from exploration projects appear to be dominating the most-active list. Their promising exploration results helped push the S&P-TSX Venture Composite Index up 13.78 points to close at 2,617.07 over the Aug. 15-21 report period. Plexmar Resources topped the most-active list based on investor interest in its Bolsa del Diablo gold property in Peru, though the stock was only up a penny to 75 dollars over the session.
