Our value statement is "Do the right thing, for the right reason, in the right way." This statement rings loud when making decisions, especially pivotal ones surrounding the protection of our customers and employees. The other guiding principle that we've fully embraced is something we call Manufacturing Excellence. It includes the concepts of lean manufacturing, 80/20 thinking, and Topgrading. Don't just analyze, but experience your entire value stream to ensure that you're getting sustainable bottom-line results.
