Haven Manufacturing Corp. will display three types of tube processing machinery at FABTECH~R.The company's tube parting and end trimming cell features model #880 tube parting/trimming machine in conjunction with subsidiary Vulcan Tool Div.'s shimmy trimming machine. These processes have been implemented for the trimming of hydroformed and fabricated tubular components.Its inline 100 percent length inspection machine is designed to be retrofitted to tube cutoff, brush deburring, or end finishing machines. The system can check up to 1,800 parts/hr. with accuracy of +-0.001 in.
