A 50-YEAR-OLD MAN PRESENTED WITH PER-sistent right nasal congestion. He had a history of 2 prior endoscopic endonasal polypectomies, the most recent of which was 3 years prior to current presentation. He denied visual changes and headaches. His medical history was positive for type 1 Von Willebrand disease. Endoscopic examination revealed a bulky polypoid mass in the right middle meatus. In addition, pale polyps were present in the left and right anterior ethmoid region.
