A New Method to Calculate Critical Field and Magnetic Configuration in Multilayer System

摘要

Based on our previous work of an approach to calculate the magnetic configuration (MC) in a lattice quantum model for the ferromagnetic film with perpendicular easy axis covered by several layers with in-plane easy axis, a method to find the critical applied magnetic field (h_c) and the MC for general magnetic superlattice systems with complex layer structures has been developed. H_c can be obtained by solving the eigenvalues of the linear equations induced from the non-linear equations in previous paper I. Using the relative eigenvector as a guessed input MC to non-linear equation step by step during decreasing the applied magnetic field, the MC in any applied magnetic field can be calculated without any trouble even for complex layer systems.
