摘要

N-cyclohexylmaleimide (CHMI) and styrene (St) were used to copolymerize with methyl methacrylate (MMA) to synthesize heat-resistant poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) by a solution copolymerization method and a suspension copolymerization method. Residual CHMI concentrations in the copolymers were analyzed by gas chromatography. Effects of styrene on residual CHMI concentration, glass transition temperature (Tg), molecular weight, and molecular weight distribution were studied.
