摘要

The design of a digital temperature transmitter based on mixed signal controller is introduced. The hardware is simplified with the peripheral feature integrated in controller 8051 F350, and reliability is improved. The interface of thermocouple with programmable gain amplifier through A/D converter in mixed signal controller and USB interface with master computer is presented. Keeping an eye on the viability of the complete system as a commercial product, on chip temperature sensor has been considered for sensing the reference junction temperature. The non-linear output compensation and cold-junction compensation of thermocouple is provided by real time embedded software.
