摘要

In the process of development in the Daqing Oilfield, scale has been produced in water-injection pipelines. The process, mechanism and influencing factors of scaling are discussed, and the main type of the scale in water-injection pipelines of the forth plant of the Daqing Oilfield is analyzed. The saturation index method and the thermodynamics solubility method were adopted to predict the tendency of scaling. Moreover, the precautionary and control measures of scaling in oilfield pipeline systems are proposed.
